Coshocton's Exciting, Eclectic Tourist Destination--Art Gallery
The Art Asylum a new cutting edge art gallery in Coshocton, Ohio, has a variety of affordable artwork and nostalgic finds for sale. There are many creative treasures to be found in this old Victorian house at the corner of 5th and Chestnut Streets,downtown. Positioned next to the railroad tracks for trainwatching, even an occasional steam train chugging and puffing along.

Proprietor Wendy Yocum encourages the public to drop by and browse the gallery. She believes you will enjoy this unique shopping experience.


There is a wide range of outsider, expressionist, folk, intuitive and whimsical styles of art displayed at The Art Asylum.
There is an eclectic variety of different styles on display. Several local artists have their work on display for sale, and custom orders are available.

We accept donations of art supplies, such as canvas, brushes, paint etc.
Also small items that could be used as part of a collage, ex: cards, stamps, bottle caps, old pictures, etc.
